If Adobe actually charged people money for the Fuse CC software as it is right now, they would have a riot of angry customers on their hands to deal with. It's a safe bet that once Adobe have worked out all of the kinks in Fuse, a commercial version (not free) will follow.įuse 1.3 is a stand-alone program, while Fuse CC is only one part in a bundled Adobe software "package", hence all of the problems getting them both to function correctly. Is Adobe not being completely truthful about their plans for Fuse, simply to avoid a negative public reaction to them I wonder?īut Adobe Fuse CC (Preview) is nothing more than a glitchy, buggy and unstable "Beta" version, released for us monkeys to test out for Adobe and for us to report any issues back to them that need fixing.

I got abode license manager log with message "Passive grace has expired." when starting Fuse CC (Preview) That's strange?

It seems Fuse CC trial time is up for me. Originally posted by DangDut is TheMusic of M圜ountry: Can someone PLEASE hook us up with a direct link here? (Or a solution to the "Stuck at 0%" issue)

I don't suppose there is any other way to download Fuse CC (Preview) through a direct link or something? I was able to find direct links for all other Adobe programs (from an Adobe rep on a forum post asking this same question), but Fuse wasn't listed yet.
Have any of you tried to download the new Fuse CC (Preview) or whatever yet? And if so, did it work out ok? Or is everyone stuck at 0%? I can't remember the last time I had a program give me this many issues, just to download a free product before. The solution that works for a lot of people is to End all Tasks having to do with Adobe, and then open Adobe Creative Cloud manually, but that didn't work for me, still stuck at 0%. I Googled it and apparently it's an issue that a lot of people have with Adobe Creative Cloud, and for the most part, it doesn't seem like there are many solutions that people have been able to get to work reliably. Nothing seems to work, it just hangs at 0%. I tried restarting, disabling everything related to Adobe, clean installing Adobe Creative Cloud again, etc.
I just tried to get the Fuse CC (Preview) from the Adobe Creative Cloud updater app thing, and it's been stuck at 0% for hours. Adobe's Creative Cloud Photography plan, which comes with Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC, retails for $9.99 per month, while an annual plan with access to all apps starts at $39.99 per month.I've been a big supporter of Fuse since the beginning, and even through the initial Adobe transition I was on board. Other new updates include a Publish Online feature for InDesign CC, which is also in Preview, as well as a Character Animator feature for Adobe Illustrator CC and Adobe Photoshop CC, which tracks facial movement and records voice to bring artwork to life.Īdobe Creative Cloud products range in price, depending on the app or suite being purchased. The mode, which is also in Preview, reduces the amount of clicks and mouse movements needed to get work done to make workflow more efficient. The icons in Photoshop have also been redesigned in 2D, and the software now also has touchscreen compatibility for devices like Microsoft's Surface Pro.Īdobe also rolled out Design Space, a new mode in Photoshop that is designed for those working on apps and websites. Thumbnails of recent files are presented from the start page, along with personalized tutorial content. Photoshop also got some more updates, including a new customizable toolbar and workspace.

"The advantage of using a 3D character in Photoshop is that lighting and perspective can still be adjusted easily and quickly at any point in the design process," Adobe writes in a blog post.įuse CC is available to use for free for all Creative Cloud members for a limited time. When finished, the character can be saved directly to the Creative Cloud Library and can then be opened in Photoshop CC to pose and animate them right from inside the app. Complete the character's look by adding clothing and textures that include fabrics like leather, cotton, spandex and satin. Users can further customize their 3D character by highlight areas on his or her body and then drag to increase or decrease the size of the body part using the menu on the right-hand side. Click on a body part, hold down shift and click on character in the workspace to start assembling. The 3D human character appears in the workspace, whereas the various body parts options that include different torsos, heads, arms and legs are located in a menu on the right. The user gets to assemble their own characters from an expansive library of interchangeable body parts from the head down to the toes. However, creating human figures is doable when using Fuse CC. Drawing human figures may be hard for some seasoned artists, and even those who aren't artistically inclined.
